At The Urban Clicks, we want you to love what you buy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

• You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Certain items like personal care products, perishables, and custom orders may not be eligible for return.

🚚 Return Process

1. Email us at vendormart247@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order ID and reason for return.
2. Share clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
3. Our team will review and approve the return request.
4. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or ask you to ship it to our return address.

💸 Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
• For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear

🔄 Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items, subject to availability.
